rad awesome theme song like damn

School and Year: Akazaka Danshi Galkuen, 2nd Year

Position and Number: Wing Spiker, #6

Strengths: Yuu has incredible leg power and agility, he uses these
factors to get himself through volleyball. He also has quite a lot of stamina and
conditioning and the such has never been a struggle to him. He focuses on his
jumps more than the power of his spikes, but his spikes aren't exactly the easiest
to block either. Yuu also tends to memorize certain things, and usually remembers
things he's heard before. He uses this skill to create techniques on the spot, and
tries to keep the team from getting in sticky situations. Yuu's reflexes are also quite sharp.

Weaknesses: Though he has jumping power and incredible reflexes Yuu
still doesn't know exactly how to properly block a ball, he can use his height and
jumping skills as an advantage but he feels people can pin point this weakness and
use it against him when they're spiking against his block. Yuu also has a hard time
doing receives and gets quite angry when he can't receive a ball properly. Yuu isn't
quite the best when it comes to communication with his teammates. He has a quiet
personality and doesn't usually take the effort to talk but sometimes this factor is
bad for the team. Sometimes he might hesitate to call out for the ball, or just forget
to call out, and might collide with another team member.

Personality

competitive || quiet || intimidating || analyzing || rash || responsible

Sometimes he comes off as a little intimidating, but honestly, he's not as a bad as he looks.
The glare on his face might seem permanent but if he truly wanted to, holding a conversation
isn't hard. He himself isn't exactly awkward but more straight faced. Yuu likes to leave most
talking to his younger twin brother, Shouji, but this doesn’t mean he wants people to stray
clear of him.

Yuu unintentionally gives off glares that seem condescending and scary, but this is only because,
despite being a second year in high school he isn't used to laid back atmospheres. Although if
you don't pay this fact any mind, then Yuu is actually quite easy to converse with. Any
conversation a person would want to have, Yuu will, well sometimes, make the effort to
talk with them.

Yuu is also quite observant, and likes to analyze certain things. He has a need for
learning information, so he likes having discussions and debates. It keeps his mind stimulated.
Yuu is a go to person when it comes to techniques and studies as he likes to take pride in his
intelligence. He has a good memory and usually doens't forget anything anyone has ever told him.
He unconsciously listens to conversations at times when he's bored.

Making friends wasn't something Yuu had really thought about, but meeting new people
doesn't make him awkward or uncomfortable. Though he probably doesn't know it,people probably
feel uncomfortable around him even if he himself doesn't.

Yuu has a sort of one-track mind and focuses on things such as studies and responsibilities.
He's not the type to be seen hanging out with friends, but when others see him in public it might
be because he's taking a run or doing errands, etc. Meaning you never really see him just in public
unless he's doing some type of work. He has an air of leadership that surrounds him and he knows what
it's like to, sometimes, need to be in charge. He also tends to think that he has a responsibility to do certain things.

Biography

Warning: the words, due, competitive, him and his brother, and a few others are gonna show up a lot cause I'm bad at writing //cry

Yuuta had lived a generally normal childhood, growing up with his parents
and two siblings, his older sister Asami and his twin brother Shouji.
The Mikoto family are upper class in economic status, and don't have as
many problems when it comes to money. This is due to their parents' jobs,
with their mother working as an architect and their father as a real estate agent

Yuu's parents had always enrolled him and his brother up in highly prestigious
private schools, where the most was expected out of them. Private schools
generally keep one-track minded students and have very strict rules upon them.
These private schools did a good number on Yuu's way of thinking. Soon he
became extremely competitive and always sought out to be at the top.
Challenges and competitions kept him stimulated and excited.

Due to this, at around the beginning of middle school, Yuu's parents
enrolled him and his brother into martial arts classes, the first being tae kwon do,
where it focused on competitiveness and speed.
The sole reason was so they could ween off from each other and mingle with
other kids, but the twins just needed a new hobby. Yuu and his brother picked
up the class quite easily and the first few days had an incredible competitive rush.
But soon enough the rush cut short and Yuu and his brother decided to quit.

After tae kwon do, the twins were enrolled in judo, which focused on
competitive heavy strikes. Yuu's brother succeeded more in judo than he did himself,
although like tae kwon do, they mastered it quite easily, but their competitive nature was
left unsatisfied. With their parents beginning to become annoyed, Yuu suggested hapkido
which focused on jumps and footwork. The two seemed to stay in hapkido classes
just a few days longer than both judo and tae kwon do, but soon they also quit
after figuring out the class so easily.

After Yuu and his brother quit hapkido, their parents didn't allow them to take any
more martial arts classes, complaining how money didn't grow on trees. Although,
thanks to these classes, the twins came to have incredible leg power, speed, and agility.
Taking the lessons they'd mastered from martial arts, Yuu practiced these lessons
to improve himself even more.

Around the near end of his second year in middle school was when he and his brother
were kicked out of their parents home to go live with their older sister, Asami.
His parents had told them of their sister's recent drinking problem, and for some
reason they needed him and his brother to go watch over her. This annoyed Yuu
greatly, because he was completely aware of the fact that his sister was a
grown woman, who should be taking care of herself.

Asami was honestly a joyful, lovable, and social butterfly of a sister,
when she wasn't intoxicated. Asami worked as a model and was paid well enough
to take care of herself and her younger siblings. Although despite this, Yuu still found
himself responsible of taking care of the elder female when she was not in the right of mind.

Only after a week of living with his sister, he found himself doing house chores and
the such. Soon the smell of alcohol and the sight of his sister intoxicated began to
piss him off. Other then the fact that his twin brother was always making a mess, his
sister could barely walk properly when she came home at night.

Soon enough his third year of middle school began and to try and avoid
the sight of his sister's midday hangovers, Yuu and his brother decided to try
and stay later after school. The two tried joining several clubs, but they would
find themselves quitting only after about 2 weeks or so, because none of the
clubs seemed to fit them or gain their general interest.

Around mid-year was when Yuu and Shou discovered volleyball. Yuu didn't
come to like the sport at first, thinking it was just gonna end up in the same
process. But soon he figured out that that wasn't the case. Him and his brother
had little knowledge of the sport and when they struggled to figure out the general
moves of the sport in the first 2 weeks, volleyball began to pique Yuu's interests greatly.

The twins stayed in volleyball hoping to gain more knowledge on the sport itself,
and so far only using their incredible speed and jumping skills to get themselves
through the sport. Receives and blocking seemed to be the hardest for Yuu and
although this irritated him, it fueled his desire to stay in the club.

After graduating middle school, Yuu and his brother enrolled into Akazaka Danshi Gakuen,
which was the closest high school to their sister's apartment. Though it was a private
school, the twins found that it wasn't as prestigious and strict as the previous schools
that they had been to. Yuu discovered that he wasn't used to such a diverse environment,
and found himself to be acting aloof and unintentionally giving off glares that seemed
condescending and just scary.

Yuu and his brother decided to join the volleyball team at Akazaka as well,
knowing the sport could keep them occupied. When the twins became second years,
Yuu was surprised that they were still in the volleyball team, making volleyball the only
club they've ever stayed in longer than 2 weeks. Though they are slightly used to
the sport now, Yuu and his brother still find volleyball to be the fittest sport that
could keep the both of them stimulated and they found it was a sport that could
satisfy their competitiveness.
